The elite have been conditioning us with the phrase “Dark Winter” this year, which most likely has a sinister agenda behind it…whatever.. This article is about improving your fitness, mental health and immune system with the power of COLD WINTER WEATHER!

Studies show that if you put ~studies show~ in front of your agenda, the hoez will believe it… So, studies show that there are great benefits to working out in cold weather. The following are some toxic masculine ones:

  • Stimulates and Strengthens the Immune System
  • Increases Glutathione, an antioxidant produced in the liver
  • Anti aging benefits
  • Increases your life span
  • Running Endurance Improves

Winter can be a challenging time for those who suffer with anxiety and depression. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) kicks in during this time and its important to acknowledge it and combat it, pew pew πŸ”«! aS aN eDuCaTeD hEaLtH pRoFeSsIoNaL, I strongly urge you to take time to be outdoors in nature. Whether its working out or just sitting somewhere peaceful , having a strong mind and spirit is something you can work on everyday..and in the winter cold of course (we are building immune systems here bruh) to help with mental clarity.

Lets get into the workout! I prefer circuit type training when doing calisthenics, or incorporating a fitness gadget. It keeps your heart rate and body temp up while receiving the cold weather benefits! Choose a handful of exercises to perform for 1 minute each. Do each exercise back 2 back, then rest for a couple minutes before starting another round. I recommend 5-7 sets.

I really enjoy utilizing the medicine ball, bc I can incorporate it in many exercises. Squats w/shoulder raises, push-ups, abz, lunges and more!

Build your immune systems with Lee Gonzalez’s MUSTARD SHOT! I created this shot bc its what I do, I create health. It legit taste like a shot of mustard and I take this every morning instead of breakfast. Ingredients Are:

  1. Room Temp Water
  2. CAMU CAMU Powder 1/4 Teaspoon (rich in vitamin C and other benefits)
  3. Turmeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoon (which also contains the antioxidant glutathione mentioned earlier!)
  4. Apple Cider Vinegar 1 spoon full

This winter take control of your health (the government and media (same thing) aren’t giving any good advice) by utilizing all benefits of cold weather training. Don’t wear a slavery mask, its not good for your health in the long run. Breathing in a bacteria cloth can lead to lung infections and other issues. If cold air bothers your throat, breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth should help.

Also, try connecting with your surroundings by not having earphones in. Listen to nature, workout with the mindset of connecting with TMH. Don’t social distance. We are humans & we need human interaction! To keep our immune systems strong we HAVE to be around other people and their bacteria. High five your homies, let your cat lick your bald head, and makeout with stranger. Get out of the house and into nature!

Dark winter ? naw bruh…
